First Day In Spanish WOHOOO!!!!

Someone I admire is Michael Jordan because he was able to come back from a huge demoralizing event, not making the basketball team, to being the best basketball player of all time.  He worked hard and did the thing he loved and that is very admirable.  I think that the core virtue he followed was perseverance because even though he was originally cut he only took that as a reason to work harder and become better.  He persevered to become the man he was later in life.
One virtue of mine is confidence because if you aren't confident in something there is no reason of going through with it.  If you can't have the confidence to be able to do something and succeed you will probably fail anyways, and in that case, why even do it?
I think that I need to work on perseverance because I do not often try to push myself past what I can do anymore.  I used to push myself to my breaking point, but now that I know my breaking point I think it is more important to go up to that point and just hover there because that is where I feel the best results come.  I know, though, that the only way you will get better is to go through your breaking point so that is something that I have to do.
One way that I can show this is to actually do it.  If I do it will be plain to see that I am struggling and if I struggle and get through it that is the whole point.  It is not something that can really be described, you either can notice it or you can't.
I can be helped in this by being pushed without it being too hard.  If it is difficult enough to make me stop and think it will help me to practice this, but if things are too hard then I would be demoralized and that would in turn have the complete opposite effect.
